Pavlova....

Happy weekends to me sebab aku dapat spent masa cuti aku dengan something yang berfaedah la..

Tak da la aku buang masa dengan mengadap lappy plus 24 jam mengadap tv...

Okay, before that aku nak wish SELAMAT HARI RAYA AIDILADHA

kepada semua umat Islam di dunia ini. :)

Aku decide cuti raya korban nie aku nak balik Bandar Penawar disebabkan aku ada misi yang perlu dibuat..

Hahhhh...  bunyi macam suspen je kan... No laaaahhhh... 

Misi aku actually nak buat pavlova jer..

Aku ni peminat pavlova & am addicted with it....

So I decided to learn how to make pavlova.... Aiceh.. speaking london pulak aku ni kan... hehehe..

You know what, I did it!! Yeayyyy!!  

Congratulations to me because being able to make pavlova... weehuuuu....

I present you my pavlova... 

Actually on that day I already baked two pavlova... heee...

Seriously it's totally easy to make it...

Simple yang amat ok... 

By the way, I want to thanks to Kak Feeza & my sweet future sis in law for gave me the recipe..

I learn to make pavlova from them and I will share the recipe with all of you...

Try to make it.. Then you will know how hard to make it... :)

Here, I give you step-by-step instructions.

Cook Time: 1 hour, 30 minutes

Ingredients:

4 large egg whites at room temperature

1 cup of custor sugar 

1 tsp of white vinegar

1/2 tsp of vanilla

1 cup of whipping cream

1 tsp of fresh lemon juice

Use fresh fruits like strawberries, grapes, kiwi fruit, passionfruits, bananas, blueberries and etc.

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 140C & place the rack in the middle of the oven. Line baking tray with foil and draw a 7 inch circle on the foil with the blunt edge of a knife. Set aside

In a clean medium size metal bowl, beat the egg whites with a clean electric mixer on medium speed. beat until the whites form soft peaks.

Gently sprinkle the sugar into the egg whites, 1 teaspoon at a time. Don't just lump the sugar in the bowl and never stop beating the eggs until you finish the sugar. Your egg whites should now be glossy stiff peaks.

Sprinkle the cornstarch and the vinegar on the meringue and fold in gently with plastic spatula. Add the vanilla and gently fold the mixture again.

Now gently spread the meringue in the circle on the foil to make circular base. Make sure the edges of the meringue are slightly higher then the centre so you have a very well in the middle.

Bake the meringue for an about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Turn the oven off and leave the door slightly to let the meringue cool completely.
Take the meringue out of the oven and remove it gently from foil and place on a plate.
Whip the cream with the vanilla until it form peaks and prepare the fruit.
Gently spread the cream to the top of meringue with spatula and arrange the fruits on top.

Why Malaysian & Indonesian always get fighting???

Assalamualaikum & hello to all readers...

Nowadays we can see that Indonesian and Malaysian always get fighting with each other to defend their own country. Hmmm... everybody love and proud with their country as I am.. I do love my country and proud to be Malaysian. BUT why we always insult each other? WHY Indonesian always my country which is MALAYSIA & some Malaysian also do the same thing as Indonesian? I just don't get it. Are the people of Indonesia too envious and  too jealousy of the success achieved by Malaysia? If yes why don't you take it as a challenge. Don't keep insulting us but try to do something to ensure your country success as Malaysia. Yes, some of Malay customs came from Indonesia but we never stealing your work. Actually you should be proud if any other countries practice your culture. Come on Malaysian and Indonesian, open your mind and please change your mind set about others country. We need to study the history of  Indonesia and Malaysia. Do some research than you will get the answer. Some Indonesian keep saying Malaysia as MALING SIA & MALINGSIAL. That was so rude ok. Learn to respect others country and let's work together to develop the country and compete in the era of globalization. Please remember do not wait until the country re-colonized.

you should feel proud if any between the people of other countries to practice your culture.

Bila SATU hati menjadi DUA....

Assalamualaikum dan Salam sejahtera buat semua pembaca... :)

Kalau kita tengok tajuk kat untuk topik kali nie mesti you all tertanya-tanya kan apa maksud disebalik tajuk yang aku buat tue... Hmm.. Bila 1 hati menjadi 2!..

Kenapa mesti satu hati hati menjadi dua?? Sedangkan kita selalu dengar orang lain selalu cakap 2 hati menjadi 1.. Which means kisah cinta mereka-mereka berakhir dengan kebahagiaan yang dibina.. Alhamdulillah... :)

Tapi kenapa pula aku buka topik macam nie kan.... 

Hmmmm... Aku percaya semua pembaca sedar yang tak semua kisah cinta yang terjalin antara si gadis dan si teruna akan berakhir dengan kebahagiaan.... Itu lah yang dimaksudkan dengan 1 hati menjadi 2. Scary kan.... Bila dah lama kita harungi semua suka duka dengan yang tersayang, tiba-tiba putus di tengah jalan..

Ada banyak sebab kenapa perkara macam nie berlaku...

Salah satu contoh apabila hati nie mula berubah kat seseorang yang pernah kita cintai dulu...

Kalau lah perkara macam nie berlaku, aku rasa kita janganlah nak bertindak secara melulu dan mengikut perasaan... Gunakan akal dalam membuat keputusan...

Hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan hati dan perasaan nie tak boleh dibuat main.. Tak pasal nanti makan diri...

Berdosa kalau kita dok sakitkan hati orang lain atas kebahagiaan diri...

Aku sendiri tengah berhadapan dengan masalah macam nie

Kami dah pun merancang untuk mendirikan rumah tangga.. Tapi bila niat suci kami mula berputik di hati tiba-tiba tetamu yang tidak diundang ketuk pintu hati aku...

Ya Allah.. Hanya Allah je yang tau bertapa sebaknya aku bila insan yang aku kasihi dulu hadir dalam hidup aku semula... aku mula diamkan diri dan hanya menangis terkenangkan bakal tunang aku dan jejaka tersebut.

Aku manusia biasa yang tidak lari dalam membuat kesilapan...

Syukur Allah berikan jalan untuk aku dalam menyelesaikan konflik yang wujud dalam diri aku..

Aku mula berbincang dengan bakal tunangku..

Alhamdulillah dia memahami keadaan aku dan minta untuk aku berfikir sebaik mungkin dan buat keputusan terbaik untuk masa depan aku....

Sebak hati aku bila si dia memberi sepenuh kuasa kepada aku untuk membuat pilihan yang terbaik...

Aku fikir kebaikan dan keburukan kedua2 belah pihak...

Memang tak dinafikan terlalu besar perbezaan diantara mereka berdua.....

lagi sekali aku kusut dalam membuat keputusan.... Aku hanya mampu berdoa pada Allah untuk beri petunjuk pada aku.... Aku perlu buat keputusan yang baik...

Aku tak berniat untuk bertanyakan pandangan kawan-kawan sebabnya aku dah tau apa jawapan yang bakal aku terima....

Daripada aku dok sakit hati dengan diorang ada baiknya aku buat keputusan sendiri.... Dulu bila ada member2 aku dok cerita kat aku pasal hal nie aku dok gelak jer..sbb pada aku kalau da sah2 cinta sayang bagai dengan si kekasih tue buat apa nak dok lelaki lain kan..tapi bila dah terkena kat batang hidung sendiri.... amik kau! tepat!

Pikir punya pikir aku tetapkan hati dengan bakal tunang aku.. huhuhu... tapi puas la aku melalak bagai.. Mana tak nya.. kusut gila! Dua2 sayang.. tamak haloba betul aku nie.. hahaha...

Sebab kuat kenapa aku pilih dia sebab ISTIKHARAH! 

Alhamdulillah... Terima kasih ya Allah....

So sesiapa yang mengalami nasib yang sama dengan aku nie.. Aku nasihatkan korang buat istikharah untuk dapatkan petunjuk dan fikirlah sebaik mungkin dalam membuat keputusan..
